Replace the orange brick-like tiles on the upper facade of the building with a polished orange terrazzo material. The new terrazzo should have a speckled texture with small, multi-colored stone chips embedded in a warm orange base. This change should be applied to all the orange-tiled wall sections located behind the glass-railed balconies and under the white gabled roof structures, while maintaining the rest of the building's materials, such as the white concrete frames and dark grey stone panels.
